Vocal’s SequenceCall is a powerful sequencing and escalation communication platform that enables SMS, Voice, Pager, Email and PrefMail messages to be broadcast in any order (or simultaneously) to a chain of command.
Messages can be sent within a range of profiles, including time frame, rota/shift pattern or by order of authority.
SequenceCall will contact recipients in the specified order until a member of the chain accepts the message, the sequence is then stopped and all members of the chain notified of the acceptance.
