Vocal’s PrefMail has been designed to ensure that important messages are delivered directly to your desk top, not your email inbox.
PrefMail is a unique method of contacting staff. Low and Medium priority messages are displayed as a small pop up in the bottom right hand corner of your desk top. High Priority messages are displayed in the centre of the PC screen and will not disappear until acknowledged and the message has been read.
