New Business Telephone based sales roles


An opportunity has arisen for two new business telephone account managers to join Vocal to expand the business into new markets and through new partners.


*Channel management (iModus as a product to partners)


Vocal has a partnership program in place with complimentary service providers within its current niche. iModus has the capability to extend the product portfolio of many companies AND enhance many applications sold today. This role will be to establish the contacts within the companies, work closely with the National Sales Manager of Vocal to establish a requirement and work with the partner to increase the usage of iModus into new fields.


*New Markets (iModus through Avisso)


iModus is a mass communication system that can help companies in many fields that Vocal have not been involved in previously. As SMS is becoming a more accepted means of communication, this position will allow Vocal to exploit the many areas of communication that new markets can develop for us, either through new contacts or our current customer base.



  • To source and close new Corporate deals with Blue Chip and SME’s (or partners)
  • To actively pursue larger opportunities by arranging meetings for Sales Manager
  • To achieve personal monthly and team sales target.
  • Achieving new business and through effective cold calling.
  • Proactive lead Generation.


  • Experienced Telephone Sales Professional (3 Years +)
  • Excellent phone mannerism and communication Skills
  • Professional, confident and with Good work ethics
  • Tenacious character and Self starter with a Solution sales approach
  • Must possess a Proven track record in Sales
  • Willing to make 40+ calls a day to speak to the right people.
  • PC Literate
